Chloé Parez is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Paris Bar and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. She advises clients on both French and English law, specializing in commercial contracts, information technology, and data protection. Chloé regularly assists companies and their executives with GDPR compliance, complex data processing operations, due diligence, privacy impact assessments, and cybersecurity strategies. She also helps clients navigate the legal challenges related to the deployment of AI technologies.

With legal training in France, Australia and the United Kingdom, Chloé has gained a deep understanding of both the legal and business landscapes of the French and Anglo-Saxon worlds. This expertise allows her to guide clients through complex commercial negotiations, especially in international contexts. After practicing at Harbottle & Lewis LLP and Osborne Clarke in London, Chloé was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017 and founded MYLO AVOCAT. Prior to this, she spent two years at Microsoft EMEA.

In 2024, Chloé joined 186 Avocats as a Partner, broadening her practice while collaborating with a team of talented colleagues.

Chloé holds a double bachelor's degree in law from the University of Reims and the University of Technology, Sydney. She also earned an LLM in Commercial Law and Intellectual Property from the University of Bristol and an LLB from The University of Law in London.
