Charles Lagnel

Charles Lagnel joined the law firm in 2022 as a partner.  

His areas of practice are tax law, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. 

He provides his professional clients with assistance on tax and legal matters, during acquisitions, fund raisings or restructurating initiatives. His clients include many real estate professionals (land corporations, property developers, real estate funds, dealers, administrators), high value-added industrial groups, hotel and/or catering groups, luxury groups, leading schools as well as start-ups and tech companies.  

He also gives advice to French and international private individuals, family offices, trustees and private banks for the elaboration and implementation of their investments projects, wealth management strategies or estate planning.  

Finally, he supports his clients during their tax controls and litigations, in which his technical skills and thoroughness are appreciated.   

He gives business tax law lectures at the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University since 2017. 

He is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers and Counsels (IACF).
