Backed by several experiences in tax law with companies and law firms, Pierre-Baptiste joined 186 | AVOCATS in January 2024.

His main areas of practice are tax law, mergers & acquisitions and business law.

Pierre-Baptiste advises private and corporate clients, on both national and international scale. He provides legal and tax advice, notably in acquisitions, fundraisings and (re)structuring, as well as on international tax issues, real estate or wealth engineering. 

He also supports his clients in their tax controls and litigations, where his analysis, comprehension and thoroughness are appreciated.
